Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GreenSpace CRM ("the Service"), operated by GreenSpace ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GreenSpace CRM is an AI-powered customer relationship management platform designed for lawn care and green industry businesses. The Service includes route optimization, customer management, billing and invoicing, voice AI, power dialer, customer portal, and related business tools accessible via web and mobile applications.

3. Accounts & Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• One person or company may register multiple tenants (workspaces) as needed.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

The Service offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected during signup. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

• Starter (Free) — Up to 100 customers, unlimited users, core features
• Pro ($99/month) — Unlimited customers and users, AI assistant, voice AI, full platform access
• Enterprise — Custom pricing, dedicated support, SLA guarantees

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You may export or delete your data at any time. We process your data solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to access another user's account or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable laws (including TCPA)
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission

7. AI Features & Voice AI

The Service includes AI-powered features (Oz assistant, Voice AI agents). AI-generated content and responses are provided for informational purposes and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before acting on them. Voice AI calls are subject to applicable telecommunications regulations.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for outages caused by factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreenSpace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days to allow export, after which it will be permanently deleted.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
