GreenSpace ("we," "our," or "us") operates the GreenSpace CRM platform available at greenspacecrm.com and via our mobile application on Android and iOS (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and company information.

Customer Data

As a CRM platform, you may store customer names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, service history, and payment information within the Service. You are the data controller for this information.

Location Data

Our mobile application collects precise GPS location data to enable route optimization, service site verification, and technician dispatch. Location data is collected while you are actively using the app and, when you enable it, in the background during an active work shift for real-time tracking. You can disable location services at any time through your device settings. We do not sell or share location data with third parties for advertising purposes.

Camera & Photos

The app requests access to your device camera (android.permission.CAMERA) to capture photos of completed work, property conditions, and service documentation. Photos are stored securely within your company's account and are not shared with third parties outside your organization.

Microphone

The app requests access to your device microphone (android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO) to enable in-app voice calls and AI-powered voice notes. Audio for voice notes is processed and may be stored within your company account. Call audio is processed in real-time and is not stored unless a call recording feature is explicitly enabled with proper consent.

Notifications

The app may send push notifications for job assignments, schedule updates, and important account alerts. You can manage notification preferences in your device settings at any time.

Usage Data

We automatically collect device information, operating system version, IP address, and usage patterns to improve the Service and troubleshoot issues.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Process transactions and send related notices
  • Optimize technician routing and scheduling
  • Verify service completion with location and photo data
  • Send administrative communications (account updates, security alerts)
  • Respond to support requests

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Service providers — hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and SMS services that help us operate the platform
  • Your organization — administrators in your company can view data within their tenant
  • Legal requirements — when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), database-level row-level security for tenant isolation, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Customer data stored within your CRM account is retained until you delete it or close your account. Upon account closure, data is deleted within 90 days.

7. Your Rights

You may:

  • Access, update, or delete your account information
  • Export your data
  • Disable location tracking, camera, or microphone access via device settings
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
