What is GreenSpace?+
GreenSpace is an all-in-one CRM built specifically for lawn care and green industry companies. It combines customer management, scheduling, route optimization, billing, accounting, a power dialer, AI assistant, voice AI, customer portal, and team chat — so you can replace your entire software stack with one platform.
How much does GreenSpace cost?+
GreenSpace offers three tiers: a free Starter plan for solo operators, a Pro plan at $99/month with unlimited users and branches, and a custom Enterprise plan. There are no per-user fees — your whole team is included at one flat price.
What does the AI assistant (Oz) do?+
Oz is your AI operations manager. It can draft customer emails, generate reports, analyze revenue trends, answer questions about your data, create follow-up tasks, and more. It understands your lawn care business context and learns your patterns over time.
What is Voice AI?+
Voice AI uses real-time AI-powered phone agents that answer your business calls 24/7. When a customer calls and your team is busy, the Voice AI agent picks up, answers common questions, collects information, and can schedule callbacks — so you never miss a lead.
How does route optimization work?+
GreenSpace uses an AI-powered TSP (Traveling Salesman Problem) solver to optimize your daily routes. It factors in service locations, time windows, crew capacity, and drive times to minimize windshield time and maximize jobs per day.
Can I import my existing data?+
Yes. GreenSpace supports CSV import for customers, services, payments, and more. Our team can also help with data migration from other systems like Jobber, Service Autopilot, or LMN. Most migrations are completed same-day.
Is there a customer portal?+
Yes — GreenSpace includes a branded customer portal where your clients can view their services, check balances, make payments, and communicate with your team. Customers log in with passwordless SMS verification for a frictionless experience.
Does GreenSpace handle accounting?+
Yes. GreenSpace includes full double-entry accounting with a chart of accounts, general ledger, balance sheet, income statement, and A/R aging. No need for a separate QuickBooks or Xero subscription.
Is the power dialer TCPA compliant?+
Yes. The built-in power dialer is designed for TCPA compliance with configurable calling windows, DNC list management, and call recording consent settings. Run outbound campaigns confidently.
How do prepay wallets work?+
Prepay wallets let your customers pay up front for future services. When services are completed, balances are automatically drawn from the wallet. This improves cash flow and reduces collections.
Can I manage multiple branches?+
Yes. The Pro plan supports unlimited branches under one account. Each branch can have its own customers, crews, routes, and pricing — while you maintain visibility across the entire organization.
Is my data secure?+
GreenSpace uses PostgreSQL with Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure strict tenant isolation. Your data is completely separated from other companies at the database level. All connections are encrypted, and we follow industry-standard security practices.
Does GreenSpace have a mobile app?+
GreenSpace is built as a Progressive Web App (PWA), which means it works like a native app on any device. Install it from your browser on iOS or Android for a full mobile experience — no app store needed.
How do I cancel?+
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation.
